User agreement

1. Subject

The barterai.io service provides a platform for barter exchange of goods and services with chain matching by the neural network and a deal guarantor function.

2. User obligations

Accuracy of lot details, good-faith completion of exchanges, and compliance with moderation rules and prohibited categories.

3. Guarantor and fee

The platform acts as the deal guarantor and charges a fee for facilitating and insuring the exchange (the rate is stated when the deal is agreed).

4. Premium subscription

A paid subscription expands your limits and matching priority. Payment is via YooKassa or Platega (Russia), or Stripe (international payments).

5. Liability

The platform is not a party to the exchange; disputes are resolved with the involvement of a guarantor/moderator.
